David completed his physiotherapy degree at the University of Sydney in 2000 and has since worked exclusively in private practice.   He has developed a keen interest in lower back injuries and ergonomics. 

David has a background in elite athletics and has worked with a number of football, rugby and basketball teams from school to professional level.
Sara Foord
Sara graduated from the University of Canberra in 2013 with a Masters Degree in Physiotherapy following a Bachelor of Health and Exercise Science from UNSW in 2009.

Sara is a Clovelly local and began her career at Clovelly Road Physiotherapy as a new graduate in 2013. Sara is keen on treating injuries of the ribcage and pelvis, as well as conditions and injuries in children and adolescents. Sara has been trained in Pilates, which allows her to focus her injury rehabilitation and prevention on specific neuromuscular re-training for each individual. Sara teaches weekly small group Pilates classes and is available for 1:1 sessions in the clinic.

Matthew Meoli
Matthew has a strong passion for Sports and Musculoskeletal physiotherapy and utilises a range of therapeutic techniques to provide the best possible outcomes for each individual.

Matthew’s active approach places an emphasis on exercise-based rehabilitation; focusing on muscle retraining and recruitment patterns, techniques to address corrective alignment, and strengthening and flexibility exercises to correct muscular imbalances. He has comprehensive musculoskeletal diagnostics and manual therapy treatment skill and is further qualified to incorporate Dry Needling into his manual therapy practice.

Working closely with Sports Physicians, Orthopaedic Surgeons and working for Randwick District Rugby Union Football Club, Waverley College Athletics and Scots College Rugby has further allowed Matthew to build on his clinical knowledge, experience and expertise.

Matthew drives to find the source of the individual’s impairment to ensure a complete recovery, further preventing recurrence.
